A Practical Pathway, Not Just a Program

The Work Ready Academy works directly within the education system to articulate the future for young people. We partner with schools to deliver hands-on, practical training at every critical stage of school life. Our goal is simple: ensure no young person falls through the gaps by connecting them directly to sustainable jobs and meaningful apprenticeships.

Four Pillars of Our Solution

Our comprehensive methodology ensures no young person is left behind. From early inspiration in schools to direct mentorship, we guide them at every critical stage to build a sustainable future.

Aspire

Ages 12+. Dedicated WRA contact per school. Regular assemblies fed with live employer updates from our employer network throughout the year.

Teach

Year 7–12. Modular curriculum — one module per year, age-appropriate. By Year 12 every module already introduced. Intensive week consolidates.

Train

Post-school NEETs and ex-offenders. Face-to-face immersive training at the WRA hub. Fundamentals through to AI-enabled enterprise.

Mentor

Graduates return as mentors to inspire the next generation. Each cohort grows the next — WRA’s impact compounds every year.

The Partner Pathway to Employment

WRA designs the curriculum. The partner delivers it under their own brand. WRA certifies teachers and quality-assures outcomes.
